Miven CNC Machineries Pvt Ltd began as Kirloskar Warner Swasey Ltd in 1985. The company became Giddings & Lewis India Ltd in 1999, was rebranded as Miven Machine Tools Limited in 2002, and became Miven CNC Machineries Pvt Ltd in February 2024 following a change in ownership.
